P.J. Robb Variable, LLC (PJRV) recognizes and respects the privacy concerns and expectations of policyholders. We provide this notice to you so you know the types of information we collect about you and the circumstances in which information may be disclosed to third parties who may or may not be affiliated parties of PJRV.
We may collect nonpublic personal information about policyholders from the following sources:
•Insurance application which may include a policyholder’s name, address, social security number, driver’s license andinformation regarding a policyholder’s income, net worth, investment goals and risk tolerance;
•Insurance history, including information about transactions and positions in an insurance contract;
•The identifying information provided upon application will be used to verify the identity of each policyholder;
•Correspondence, written, telephonic or electronic, between a policyholder and PJRV or service providers to PJRV.
We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about policyholders to anyone, except where permitted by law. We may disclose nonpublic personal information about policyholders to affiliates and non-affiliated third parties of PJRV under one or more of these circumstances:
•As authorized – if you request or authorize the disclosure of information;
•As permitted by law – for example, to effect, administer or enforce a transaction, a consumer request, or inconnection with processing or servicing a financial product or a service a policyholder requests or authorizes;
•As required by law – in response to a subpoena by law enforcement, or request by a regulatory authority.
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal standards to protect nonpublic personal information of policyholders, including policies and procedures designated to assure only appropriate access to, and use of information about policyholders.
